In analyzing some data from work, I found myself trying to solve a 3rd order polynomial equation. Yikes...I don't remember anything from highschool math! In the end, I found a way around my problem....I simplified my data set, and voila! Didn't have to delve into higher order algebra!
Wow, I like Math but I don't think I could get my mind around all that. Nice composition.

ReplyDeleteFunny how today's students say "when am I ever going to use this (insert math problem here) in real life?" Probably more than they imagine!
