Day 179: Where I blog
Inspired by Misty's blog entry a few days ago - here is my 'Where I blog' image. We have a spare bedroom in the house that we use as our 'home office'...or as we call it, 'the computer room'.

Day 174: Zentangle
My sister introduced me to 'zentangle' - which is basically doodling...but in a more structured format. The idea is that it is supposed to be relaxing and meditative...hence the 'zen' in the name.

Day 169: A bright sunshiny day
The weather was simply gorgeous today. Enjoyed a BBQ dinner with my husband's family as an early Father's Day celebration.

Day 167: How sweet it is
Some Reese's Pieces candy. I bought them so that I had something to take a picture of for today....yeah...that's it. Haha.

Day 165: A bug's life
A visit to the park in the latter part of this evening. There was a nice golden light from the setting sun.

Day 159: I'm leaving on a jet plane
The airline tickets, rental car and accommodations are now all booked for our vacation to Newfoundland in July. So we're all set!

Day 156: Webster's Falls Conservation Area
Spent some time enjoying the warm weather at Webster's Falls Conservation Area, near Hamilton, Ontario. Lots of wild geraniums around...but also (unfortunately) lots of mosquitos!
Day 155: Still standing
These small white flowers are the only ones left from the colourful bunch that we had in the backyard. Seems like that 'rascally rabbit' doesn't like white flowers!
Day 154: Friday afternoon in the Distillery District
Met my sister after work and we spent some time together walking through the Distillery District in Toronto. The former Gooderham and Worts Distillery was founded in 1832 and was once the largest distillery in the world. It now contains several restaurants, cafes, shops and art galleries.

Day 152: Evening by the pond
Went for a walk this evening, but it was too windy for any decent macro flower shots. The evening light was really beautiful though and gave everything a warm glow.
Day 150: Missing flowers
We bought some small flowers to plant in the backyard...and they looked really nice....for a few days. Then one day we noticed our resident backyard bunny sitting in the flower bed. The next day, the flowers were all gone! Argh!!
