Day 175: Channa masala
Made some channa masala (spiced chickpeas), which I enjoyed with some roti. Mmm...so good!
Day 174: Zentangle
My sister introduced me to 'zentangle' - which is basically doodling...but in a more structured format. The idea is that it is supposed to be relaxing and meditative...hence the 'zen' in the name.
